By creating a GroWealth account or using any part of the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These terms apply to all users including individuals, businesses, investment club administrators, and SACCO officers.
You must be at least 18 years old to use GroWealth. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and that you are not prohibited from using the platform under any applicable law.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support if you suspect unauthorized access. GroWealth is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.
GroWealth may only be used for lawful personal finance management, business bookkeeping, and collective investment purposes. You may not use the platform to facilitate fraud, money laundering, tax evasion, or any activity that violates applicable law. Misuse may result in immediate account termination.
GroWealth is a financial tracking and management tool, not a licensed financial advisor. Information on the platform does not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for any financial decisions you make. Always consult a qualified professional for personalized advice.
Access to premium features requires a paid subscription. Payments are processed via Flutterwave. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law or as explicitly stated in a promotional offer. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.
All content, design, code, and functionality of GroWealth is owned by GroWealth Financial and protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
You may close your account at any time from your profile settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or fail to pay outstanding subscription fees. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 90 days before permanent deletion.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GroWealth Financial shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of data, financial loss, or business interruption.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kampala, Uganda, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
