We also collect usage data (pages visited, features used) to improve the product, and technical data (IP address, browser type, device identifiers) for security and performance purposes.

02. How We Use Your Information

Your data is used to provide and improve GroWealth services, send you product updates and account notifications, process payments securely via Flutterwave, detect and prevent fraud, and comply with applicable laws. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

03. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secure servers with encryption at rest and in transit (TLS). We implement industry-standard security measures including access controls, audit logging, and regular security reviews. Financial data entered into GroWealth is stored in isolated, access-controlled databases.

04. Data Sharing

We share data only with: (1) payment processors (Flutterwave) to handle transactions, (2) infrastructure providers (hosting, email delivery) under strict data processing agreements, and (3) law enforcement when legally required. We never sell or rent your personal information.

05. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You may request a full export of your data or account deletion by contacting our support team. Deletion requests are processed within 30 days.

06. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management, and analytics cookies (opt-in) to understand how users interact with the platform. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
